no pets allowed here is an excerpt from the terms and conditions (to be found on the homepage of the municipality of Bernau on the first page) to the cancellation conditions: 6.4 Withdrawal from the contract and non-arrivalThe guest can at any time until the start of the booked service by declaration to the municipality of Bernau am Chiemsee withdraw from the travel contract. The declaration of withdrawal should be made in writing by mail, fax or email to avoid misunderstandings.If the guest withdraws from the booking or does not make use of the booked service, the tour operator is entitled to the following lump-sum compensation, taking into account any expenses saved and the usually possible alternative use of the contractually agreed travel service:In case of cancellation up to 45 days before departure: 0% of the tour price up to 30 days before departure: 30% of the tour price up to 15 days before departure: 50% of the tour price up to 8 days before departure: 60% of the tour price up to 1 day before departure: 80% of the tour price on the day of departure and in case of no-show 90% of the tour price. Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered as full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.
