In a beautiful landscape, on the shore of Lake Chiemsee, is our vacation home "Haus am See", directly in the Chiemsee Park Felden, with unobstructed views of the Bavarian Sea. Our vacation apartments convince with a cozy atmosphere and especially with the unique location. Every day of your vacation with us will be special, due to the many offers of art and culture, nature and pleasure - we stand for Bavarian coziness and regional way of life. Our house is located directly on the lake with a public lido, boat rental and pier of the Chiemsee shipping, from where you can reach the island of Herrenchiemsee and Fraueninsel, as well as numerous places around Lake Chiemsee. For mountain enthusiasts, our region is an ideal starting point, e.g. Kampenwand, which you can climb in just a few minutes by car. Cyclists are in good hands with us. You can enter the bike path around the Chiemsee directly in front of the house, or ride one of our numerous routes through the breathtaking natural scenery of the Chiemgau.Environment description

We ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount, within 7 days after booking. We will inform you about our bank details. Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees.
