Arrive, enjoy and gather new strength.It would be our pleasure to welcome you as guests in our 5-star vacation apartment. You can expect an 80m² apartment on the 1st floor, which offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation. Start your day with a cozy breakfast in the morning sun on our large south/east balcony and enjoy the magnificent view of the Chiemgau mountains. The vacation apartment, newly renovated in 2020, has two bedrooms. In the spacious living room there is a comfortable corner couch, a seating area with a wonderful view from the window, a HD flat screen TV, satellite TV and radio/CD. Bathroom with large shower, towel radiator, underfloor heating and washing machine. Our kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg boiler, hand mixer, iron/board, dish towels, microwave on request. Free W-Lan.

Description

Our vacation apartment is located on the southern outskirts of the village. The restaurants and stores are within walking distance. You can start directly from the front door to a family-friendly day tour to the Kampenwand. You can take it more leisurely on the mountain tour to the local alpine pastures and end the day with a hut snack. Depending on your stamina and condition, you can also take a leisurely family excursion by bike on one of the many regional bike paths. By bike you are at the Chiemsee in about 10 minutes and can enjoy a sunbath and/or the refreshing lake. In the immediate vicinity of the lido is a surf, StandUp, paddle, canoe, and electric boat rental. The boat pier with connection to the Herreninsel and Fraueninsel is also in the immediate vicinity. With the guest card you can use the Chiemseeringlinie and much more for free.

After booking a deposit of 10-20% of the tour price is due. The host will get in touch with you. Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Arrival Description

By car: Arrival via the A8 Munich-Salzburg. Take the highway exit "Bernau" and then turn towards Bernau-Ortsmitte. After the traffic light, continue straight on Rottauer Str. and turn left before the traffic island - towards the indoor swimming pool "BernaMare" and the tennis court. The second house on the right side is your vacation destination. By train: With the train line Meridian you can travel from Munich (approx. 1h driving time) or Salzburg (approx. 45 min driving time). Get off at the stop "Bernau am Chiemsee". By prior arrangement, you can be picked up by us if you wish.
