Our house is located in a quiet, sunny, central location on the outskirts of the village with a magnificent view of meadows, forest and the Chiemgau mountains. If you don't feel like driving, you will find ideal cycling and hiking possibilities directly from our house. You can store your brought or borrowed bicycles in our garden house. For relaxing as well as sunbathing there are deckchairs ready for you. Further our garden invites you to play table tennis and badminton.Equipment of the vacation apartment: heating, balcony, bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with tub/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, SAT-TV, radio alarm clock, hand-, bath- and dish towels, bed linen In winter our house is an ideal starting point for sports activities. Directly from our house you will find:- groomed cross-country ski trails (if there is enough snow)- sunny hiking trails- Nordic walking trails In bad weather you can relax in the indoor swimming pool "BernaMare" with sauna and solarium, or do sports in the tennis center with climbing hall. All this is only a few minutes walk from our house.

About the host

Wir wohnen im gleichen Haus, wenn ihr etwas braucht oder beispielsweise Fragen zur Umgebung oder zu Ausflugszielen habt, könnt ihr ganz unkompliziert auf uns zukommen.

Unser Ziel ist, dass ihr einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt bei uns habt. Wir legen viel Wert darauf euch eine saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft anzubieten. Sollte trotzdem irgendetwas nicht passen oder fehlen, gebt uns gerne gleich Bescheid.

Use of washing machine or dryer for a fee of € 5.00 Extras: clothes horse, ironing board and iron, CD player with radio, sofa bed, free trasfer to and from the train station, house brochure. Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered as full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Arrival Description

By train to the destination station Prien or Bernau. From there we will gladly pick you up by car. Or: Via the freeway Munich - Salzburg, exit Bernau left to the center of the village. At the intersection continue straight ahead until shortly before the end of the village. There, before the traffic island, turn left into Buchenstraße. After approx. 100m the 4th house on the right side.
