Go around the Chiemsee by bike directly from the front door or start your leisure activities from here: Only a 10-minute walk or 95 m each to Lake Chiemsee and Badepark Felden with boat landing stage to Herrenchiemsee and Fraueninsel, bike and boat rental, windsurfing school, SUP, beach volleyball, medical park, (lakeside) restaurants, cycling, Nordic walking and walking trails. Optimal connection to Salzburg (about 30 minutes by car or 56 km) and Munich (about 45 minutes by car or 85 km) by car or train (the train station is about 1400 m away). The following excursion destinations are also within easy reach: Bad Reichenhall, Königsee, Innsbruck, Kufstein, Austria's top ski resorts and many more. Arrival Description

You can reach the apartment quickly and easily via the A8 freeway (Munich-Salzburg), exit Felden. At the traffic circle (coming from Munich) take the 1st exit right towards Bernau and turn sharp left directly opposite the ALDI supermarket (Draxelbergstraße). From there turn left into Erlbergstraße, house no. 24 (= 2nd street). The garage is the 2nd garage seen from the left (if you look at it).
